Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of Australia.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@fureeze.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges (Consumer)

You are solely responsible for your purchase, please choose your products carefully before placing your order with us.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a significant problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
  • Is unsafe.
  • The packaging has been damaged, or the food is spoiled.

In exceptional circumstances, customers may opt to return their purchase due to a change of mind. We kindly request that such returns be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges (Business)

For business orders, businesses (the recipient) is responsible for 100% of the returning shipping cost. Upon receiving the stock, we will process the refund of the received items at the purchase price within 3 business days.
