We usually approve applications within 30 minutes.
I just registered a wholesale account, however I don't see any wholesale prices?
If you cannot see the wholesale prices, it means your account is still in the process of getting approved. We usually approve business accounts within 30 minutes. After you receive the confirmation email, then you will be able to see the wholesale prices.
How do I place an order?
After our team approves the wholesale account, simply add the items you want to cart and checkout. You may also use our order form for quick and easy checkout. Please note that the wholesale prices will only appear when your account has been approved.
How long does shipping take?
For Australian businesses, please expect your parcel within 2-7 business days. All orders are dispatched from Victoria via Australia Post and sometimes Sendle.
