Our treats are 100% manufactured in Tasmania, except for Crocodile and Emu treats, which are manufactured in Queensland since there are no crocodiles or emus in Tasmania.
Our treats have a shelf life of 2 years, with the best-before date clearly marked on the packaging. We highly recommend consuming the treats within 2 weeks of opening and storing them in a sealed container or bag to maintain freshness.
No, Fureeze Pet Treats are 100% free from any additives, fillers and preservatives.
Yes, 100% of our products are suitable for both cats and dogs. However, our mutton bird product tends to have low palatability for cats, so please consider this when purchasing. All other products are highly palatable and perfect for both cats and dogs
Our products are technically raw. They are freeze-dried at -30°C, which removes all moisture from the meat while retaining its raw qualities. That’s why we proudly call them Raw Pet Treats That Don’t Spoil.

Orders and Returns
We have never received a single refund request in almost 3 years of operation. If your pets don't like Fureeze Pet Treats, simply email us and we will sort something for you.
Unfortunately we don't ship to customers outside of Australia. However we have distributors and retailers in the United States, United Kingdom, China, China SAR, UAE and Canada. Simply Google Fureeze + the country you're in to find the stockists.
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne. If you're in SA, QLD, NSW, ACT and TAS, please expect your parcel within 1-5 business days. If you're based in NT and WA, please expect your parcel to arrive within 3-10 business days. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post and Sendle.
