Probably, yes — a month in is early.
Omega-3s aren't a quick fix. They work by gradually building up in the body, and coat is the first place it tends to show because coat renews slowly. Most owners notice the early changes — softer feel, less dryness — somewhere between weeks 4 and 8. The things people tell us they care about most, like more spark and easier movement, usually come later still.
That's why the daily habit matters more than any single box. Stopping and restarting resets the build-up, so a month off isn't a pause — it's starting again from the beginning.
Two things worth checking in the meantime: that she's finishing the full sachet each day (a part-serve won't do much), and that it's going in daily rather than most days.
And if you've been consistent for three months and still see nothing, tell us. Not every cat responds the same way, and we'd rather hear from you than have you keep buying something that isn't doing anything for her.
